Returns

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order details and a clear description of the issue. We may request photos of the product for verification.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, we will issue a refund. As we operate on cash-on-delivery only, refunds will be processed via the original payment method wherever possible or through a mutually agreed alternative, such as bank transfer. Refund processing may take 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return if they are used, mishandled, or damaged after delivery. Please ensure proper care when handling photography equipment.
